Rising Strong™ Group

None scheduled at this time.
The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall.  This small, intimate group (limited to 8 participants) is designed to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and and the clearest path to a wholehearted life. Through videos from Brené and experiential exercises, you will learn that we can rise from our experiences of hurt and struggle in a way that allows us to live more wholehearted lives.  Based on Rising Strong.
